Aadesh/Sandeep didn’t listen to our order we wanted half & half small serving and while on diet our calories matter , Aadesh /sandeep didn’t pay heed to our order and billed us 2 different orders gelato is very delicious but service is very sad as not even an apology or remorse for such a mistake and says once order is placed can’t make changes .

This is my favourite ice cream shop located opp wilson college near Girgaum Chowpatty.
My favourite flavour here is vanilla and Ferraro Rocher.

The space is quite small for eating in, but they offer convenient take-away and delivery options. Love the dark chocolate, pistachio, salted caramel, and hazelnut flavours. Their gelato is impressively close to the authentic Italian experience.

Tried most of their flavors, their Bestseller Ferrero rocher & Hazelnut are absolutely overrated..I expected that there will be some element of crunch or nuts but I was disappointed. Also, tiramisu was okay-ish. Vegan Extra Noir was decent had intense premium flavor of Cocoa.

A tiny place with no seating for customers. Staff is polite and lets you try flavors before you place your order. Tried stracciatella and blueberry yogurt ice cream in waffle cone. They let you mix two flavors in one scoop which I was unaware of and ended up ordering two different cones. The ice cream was scrumptious but there were no toppings. I'd recently made a visit to zoetto too which is very close to this place. If given an option, I guess I'd go with latter!

The Gelato and Sorbet here is both spectacular. I'm a devoted fan of the Raspberry Sorbet, and that has never missed the spot.

The only gripe I gave with this place is that it is tiny and you can't sit and enjoy your cone in peace. There is a constant jostle amongst customers and delivery persons and expected to be pushed around and bumped into on a busy day.

The second is the constant presence of a beggar family outside the door. Somehow the guilt they manage to generate is so much, you may not enjoy your gelato, as they keep hovering around and make you acutely aware of your privilege.

I've seen many people buy them a cone as well. They do get multiple Guilt Gelatos each day.

Coppetto is a premium icecream parlour located near chowpatty in gamdevi area in mumbai. It has some unique and tasty flavours like the tiramisu, pistachio and ferrero rocher. They also allow you to mix flavours which is great. Will recommend!
