Horrible place would give no stars if possible. Not the first time I wait over 40 minutes for the doctor. It was the first appointment after lunch and he never once came in but still got an aftercare summary in my portal. Will be taking my children elsewhere.

We have trusted Dr Millar's office for 21 years. Since the beginning they have maintained separate "well" and "sick" lobbies and rooms, all decorated with very nice custom wall art done by Dr Millar. We'll be sad to move on to a new non-pediatric doctor. Dr Millar's team has been absolutely amazing all these years and taken great care of our son through all the ups and downs.

My son had a doctor's appointment, once we showed up, I checked him in let them know he has Medicaid, he has Dell childrens but because of the fact that it was his first time seeing this doctor they turned us away!!!!! They said my son could not be seen! Horrible horrible people working there, aren't even there to help or get off they're lazy butts. I've been to a doctor's office before I know how this works if that doctor is not the primary doctor for your child you can still see you just have to call and they will fix it for u. These people did nothing.

Dr. Millar and his staff have gone above and beyond just this week for my family and I. Our 4 month old ended up sick with the flu. It’s been a long several days trying to make him feel better. The office staff got us in as soon as possible and we’re so kind, they answered my questions over the phone, and the nurse gave me great advice to get us through the night until we could see Dr. Millar. After our appointment, Dr: Millar called us after hours just to check in on us and make sure we were all doing ok and on track with all the meds. It made me feel like he really cares. It’s so scary having our baby sick but knowing we are not alone and have the doctor care so much is a game changer. I feel so lucky we found them.

Dr. Millar has been our pediatrician for 19 years and we could never have asked for someone better to take care of our kids. He always takes the time to listen to what the kids are saying, explain to us what's going on, and let us know the best possible route to getting well. He and his staff have always bent over backwards to make sure we received the care we needed and would follow up - often after hours - to make sure everyone is doing well. I consider it a blessing that we found him when we moved to Round Rock and that our kids have benefited from his care.

Dr Millar is an amazing pediatrician. Since the time my daughter was born I've been taking her to Dr Millar. In every visit he makes sure that the baby is alright & does head-to-toe checkup. From giving shots to routine checkups Dr Millar is outstanding. He always doesn't prescibe OTC meds, most of the time he has told us home remedies which is safe for the baby, and my baby has always been coped well. Thanks to Dr Millar.

I rarely write a review but this time I just wanted to show how grateful I am that I found Dr Millar’s office. They have been so great and flexible with my children’s needs eversince we moved pediatricians. They always accomodate our needs even when I lost my job and insurance and switched to Medicaid. The review I read about how they see medicaid patients is so wrong. Even if I didnt see Dr Millar... other staff and the lady doctor we see is so helpful. She entertains all my questions and concerns and explains things well. I am comfortable and can talk to her and all the staff with ease. No complaints so far and would highly recommend to other parents!!! Thank you Dr Millar and staff for always treating us with great service and care! Thank you for all that you do also being in the frontlines during these times. ?

Our daughters have been patients almost their whole lives (they are currently 13 and 16) with Dr. Millar. I have always been very pleased with his opinions, advice, referrals to specialists, quick response time for return calls, and all requested paperwork. I genuinely trust Dr. Millar and his staff. He runs a very professional and efficient office. I will never forget his return phone call very late one night when my now 16 year old was having respiratory distress as a toddler. He gave me directions calmly about what medicine/breathing treatments, etc. to do that may keep us from running to the ER and it worked.
