We gave this place a couple of chances to find something edible, however the same thing keeps happening, pastries are not fresh at all! We got a lobster tail and you needed to cut the cream with a knife, the pastry itself was too hard for a knife though. We also got other products and they all tasted stale, brownie was the only thing that didn’t feel older than 3 days. Just horrible!

Yikes. There were multiple chunks of green *mold* on the cheese in my ham and mozzarella crepe. Wasn’t charged for it but I did take a bite before I realized something was wrong. Also the bathroom was locked and inaccessible to the employee or anyone else. Vibes were off like the management just doesn’t care. I mean…mold. Ick!

If zero stars were an option, that is how I would rate this business. Was excited to try only to be treated so horribly. Shop posted 10pm closing, arrived at 835 only to find they had already stopped making any coffee on their menu. Sat down to eat our gelato by 845 and at 850, a young girl came up to us and rudely announced "We're closed now!" She expected us to leave immediately. Never have I been in an eatery where we were treated so rudely. I'd like to say it was a good place but it was not even mediocre and the lack of manners and the kindness level on the employees part is not what one expects in Westport. Will not recommend and revisit this establishment.

The crew members is doing great work. I ordered ice cream with a coffee. It really tasted so good. This place is recommended highly. The staff is very kind and knowledgeable.

Owner is a sweetheart. Everyone always treats my family with kindness in this shop. We come here all the time. The quiche with the zucchini is amazing and the jelly cookies are very fresh on Sunday mornings. The Greenwich location is also great. In fact, I needed a cookie platter delivered on Greenwich Avenue and her son went out in the pouring rain to deliver it on time. Great addition to Westport.

Gelato was nice. Not too sweet. But the lady who’s working that day seems to me that she’s not in the mood. I’m usually ok with people who don’t talk to me but we were not even acknowledged. Not sure if she heard us or not when placing our order.
