The cakes are absolutely delicious! I had the mocha crepe cake and sea salt cheese cake, love both! The only issue is there is no seating area, take out only.

Kova Matcha Mille Crepe used to be my favourite cake out of everywhere. But since past two weeks I haven’t been really satisfied with the taste - the cake tastes completely different now!! It wasn’t as smooth and as delicious as before. Maybe the patisserie changed? I am not sure. Please bring back the old flavour otherwise I don’t think I will continue loving this brand as much as before

I love kova’s cakes, they aren’t too sweet and light. Best part is that they have a big selection of different cake slices. The mango cake and strawberry are my favorite ?

很濃郁的抹茶味 抹茶珍珠奶茶我忘了跟店員說少糖(一般點奶茶我都喝無糖) 這個對我來說有點甜了 建議點餐的時候註明少糖 下次再去嘗別的蛋糕!

Was given and charged for matcha crepe slice despite ordering matcha gateaux. Taro crepe slice had overwhelming coconut flavour, not taro. Matcha slice was better although not worth the high prices. Given I had explicitly asked which was recommended between matcha gateaux and pistachio basque cheesecake, I was told matcha and yet was given the wrong item. So disappointing to see the box at home with the wrong order, especially since the cafe was completely empty and there were no other customers to warrant such an error

Absolutely the best mille crepe cakes in London! I tried the Earl Grey one and it was 10 out of 10, I was so impressed! Very soft, very fresh, ideally balanced between cream and crepe layers, and not overly sweet. Just perfect!
Definetly looking to try other flavours in the future.
I also had their bubble tea in the past and it was also delicious.

They might get 5 stars for baked goods but absolutely zero stars for customer service. As someone who has worked in the service industry, I understand the importance of making each and every customer feel welcomed and valued, and this location has a staff member that needs re-training in that department.

After PAYING for 2 items, I requested a cup of ice. The server rolled her eyes, turned around to look at the ice tub, then turned back and told me she couldn’t give me ice. I looked at her for a second, surprised, and asked her why she couldn’t give me any ice. With an attitude, she turned back around, grabbed a cup, and placed 2 cubes of ice in it. I asked her if she wouldn’t mind filling it up please. After some hesitation, she reluctantly obliged.

I am curious as to the expectations the manager of this location has for their staff regarding customer service. If it wasn’t for the fact that I was in a hurry, I would have requested a refund for the dessert I bought because I do not support businesses with awful customer service.

Very nice strawberry shortcake, actually the best so far in London's Japanese cake shops. Mont Black and matcha mille crepe weren't bad, either. Take away only small shop but I will definitely go back to try all other cakes very soon.
