There’s not enough words to express the gratitude to Attorney JAY ABERCROMBIE. For his compassion, his understanding and his reassurance. He has gone above and beyond to reassure me each time I’ve called him on his personal cell phone. He has answered and put me at ease. As a medical professional it’s greatly appreciated when you’re on the other side of the door in the medical field as a patient and being written off by medical providers because they think you’re not aware or educated in medical terminology and the push for Profit over patient rights and well-being. Although my case is still being handled by Mr. Abercrombie, I feel more than compensated, just mentally alone, the compassion and care that he provides as an attorney. If you’re looking anywhere else look no further than Abercrombie PA. I highly recommend, he is personable, compassionate and empathetic. He exemplifies the ability to walk in your shoes and not sympathize only for what you’re going through after an injury as an individual or family. I wouldn't give one star but no choice
Obviously the investigator they sent was just ready to call it a day. He would ask a question and then be on his phone when I answered him. By mid point of our whole 20min i finally was like I'm not sure i am a case u all even want i dont wanna waste your time (meaning whatever was so important to him on his phone) or mine. Back to square one

I was in tears. My daughters and I had been slammed into, we were in pain and our family doctor refused to see us. I happened to remember a billboard advertising Mr Abercrombie's services. I figured it couldn't hurt to get some input and guidance.
Within half an hour I'd been scheduled to see a doctor. It was such a relief to feel like we were being listened to and treated people.
