I called to check on the status of my inquiry. I have repeatedly made an effort to get a response from the distribution department but could only get as far as the call center. I have had to speak to numerous representatives and was even told to provide my own evidence that I made payments on a loan. I did contact my bank and had to find bank statements from as far back as 2015 to forward to Aspire. Today, I had the opportunity to speak with Carlos Barahona. He listened intently and reviewed my loan payment documentation and my Aspire file diligently. Apparently, this case involves other third party vendors causing lack of continuous record keeping from one vendor to another (specifically to Aspire). Carlos was patient, professional and went the extra distance with me regarding the loan payments Aspire is researching. His customer service and knowledge really brought me some peace of mind. I am so appreciative that Carlos took the time to investigate my file and he created a new case number to escalate my inquiry to his supervisor. Carlos was supportive and furthermore created additional notes to advance my case.

George S. was a really helpful, patient and kind agent who persisted and stayed with me despite more than a couple of snafus in our conversation today to get me reconnected online to my Aspire account. At one point we were disconnected and he called me right back. During our 15-20 minute session on the phone I expressed my consternation but he assured me that we were going to get the problem fixed. AND WE DID !!! THANK YOU, GEORGE.

This some of the best customers service I ever had. She was a prime example of what customer service should be. And it's a Monday so I'm sure she was flooded with calls.
