Dr. Rotman is fantastic, he is professional, kind and has excellent bedside manner. I normally see Julie who is also amazing, she is always upbeat and in great spirits. She is knowledgeable and takes her time going over everything and is very thorough in her examinations. Eldon the medical assistant is an absolute gem and took the time to patiently explain the process of my surgery before hand and eased my anxiety. He also did an outstanding job of explaing after care. The front office staff are also so kind and helpful. I would absolutely recommend AIOD, everyone in the office wonderful.

The front desk staff were very polite and professional. Julie was knowledgeable and listened to my concerns. I did think it was odd that a total of 4 people (medical assistant/students?) including Julie came in the room during my appointment. I did wait about 45 minutes past the time of my appointment to be seen.

My first appointment was great. But waiting for my pathology report was a nightmare. This is the message that was left me. “this is Jane calling from the American Institute of dermatology I wanted to give you your bad results please give me a call back at your earliest convenience have a nice rest of your day bye…” When I finally got to speak with someone, my pathology report was good and there was no need for concern.

I have been seeing Dr Rotman and/or staff for several years. Always an excellent experience. Julie is first rate and always takes the time to explain what she is doing. The rest of the staff is equally friendly and professional. Highly recommend this practice.

Julie, the PA, was great. She listened to my concerns and addressed each one. I have been annoyed with an itchy place on my back for years and she actually told me how it usually originates and has a cream prescribed for me. I am so grateful my PCP suggested coming here. Wow. I am impressed with the office as a whole, very professional and knowledgeable.

i arrived 5 minutes before my appointment. Was called in in 5 min. My procedure was completed in 20 minutes. i went to waiting room for 5 minutes and was called in for my radiation. 10 minutes later i was checked out and on my way home. Service was terrific.

Dr Rotman is a great Doctor. He explains everything, has a fabulous bedside manner - always happy, upbeat and caring. Plus he doesn’t rush the appointment. You won’t be sorry if you pick him for your dermatologist. And, he’s very easy on the eyes!!!
