By far one of my favorite thrift store. They buy your clothes very fairly and let you know why they are selecting your items. They go through your stuff right in front of you which is great so there is no confusion later on what was taken or left behind and they price it in front of you so if you change your mind you can always just take an item back if you do not like the pricing. The staff are amazing and work together as a team to run the store efficiently.

Racists. On several occasions I attempted to sell very good quality items to them. Flat out said we pass. Waited several days and had a White friend take them in and sold. The staff have a lot of prejudice against non whites. Black folks ask your Caucasian friends to do the deal for you. Avoid the aggravation and micro-aggression.
Took a five minute walk around the corner to Crossroads. Two buyers researched all of my items. Consulted with me about consignment for higher value. Bought every last single item that the dim-witted buyer at Buffalo Exchange flat out rejected. A much more dignified and gratifying experience. I will NEVER step foot in a Buffalo Exchange store. I know I buy and maintain good stuff!!! I will definitely secret shop them and prove racial discrimination, by having a Black person walk in to sell and after a rejection have a Caucasian colleague try and sell the same items. I’m very litigious.

i went yesterday to try to sell clothes and it was not worth it. I had a WHOLE bag of clothes, that i don’t even wear from brands like abercrombie and fitch, ralph lauren, adidas, H&M thinking they would forsure buy some things. They ended up buying NOTHING. Save yourself some time and head to crossroad trading, it’s like 6 mins walking. They did take some stuff and got $25 there for 4 clothing items.

Soo they do not sell everything....false advertisement! Anything with shoulder pads, like blazers (designer Versace), bulky tops shirts (designer H&M) or silk dress(designer House of Dereon), they do not sell. The cashier told me the clothes they sell must be trending!

Great place to sell, had 3 bags of things and they took 2 of them for $80 cash or $160 store credit. Most of my items were thrifted, no name brands, but just unique items that didn’t fit my style.

As a single parent and love to save money as much as I can, this place will be my to go for luxury things I wanted to buy.. thank you Buffalo exchange for your service! You guys has a great vibe place and descent prices! . I am so Happy with What I got today! $35 dollars purse with 3 compartments a lot of space for my things.. and the silver ring is such a good price as well , It looks brandnew for a thrift store. Loving my new real leather MK bag ?. Thanks Buffalo I will surely will be a repeat client! Really worth my trip. Highly recommend! God bless your business! ?

Very friendly staff here at the East Village location! They have a great selection of men’s and women’s clothing, shoes, sneakers and purses! The store is extremely well stocked and organized! Very easy to find exactly what you’re looking for! I highly recommend this location. A+
