Took a 2½ hour drive from where I live here. I was so looking forward to this place, can't deny the amount of items was very impressive, and felt amazing seeing them in person. However, I walked out with just 1 item and couldn't get everything wanted/needed for my wedding due to feeling very uncomfortable and hawked!! The employees are all miserable, grouchy, and lack manners! Even when I asked one a question about the Colormills later, the lady at the counter was so brief and rude. Then I kept being followed by this young white dude, who they clearly assigned him to watch me but pretend he was "working". Every isle I turned, he magically had interest to go there too. Which meant he thought I was stealing...
I'm never one to scream racial profiling or pull the race card, especially since I can pass for a white woman... but this place needs to do better with these employees and management and stop assuming everyone is stealing. Or better yet, just put everything behind glass locked shelves. Just let everyone go and start all over again at this point.

Bake Supply Plus - the online store has the best selection! I was looking for a silver full sheet cake board for a Publix cake and this was the only store to carry it. Not even Amazon. They were very friendly and were able to ship my order same day so it could arrive on time for my event.

Been coming here for a few years now. Never had issues with customer service or their products. Their selection is great. 2 things i wish they’d change it would be a perfect place. Implement the rewards program for in store and stay open longer. I don’t leave my shop until 4-5 and they’re already closed so it makes it hard for me to shop here and support them more often. Then being closed on Sunday my only day off they’re closed completely.

Fantastic well kept secret for all of your party needs. Literally any size, shape, or color cup, plate, napkin, or any other supply you may need for any kind of party, wedding, birthday, etc. you will find at D & G. Always come here for any little detail that I’m missing for any occasion and I never leave empty handed. Selection is top notch, don’t be fooled by small appearance outside because it’s actually very big inside. But what puts this place way above everyone else is the people who work here. Excellent old school service that makes all the difference.... Way to go D & G, more retail locations should take note how it’s done!

I only come here because theres no other store that sells what they sell. But if there was, i would never return. The employees treat you like you done exist. You have to try and find it yourself or just suck it and ask for help. When they treat you like you don't exist, you normally just keep searching until you find it. Someone else opening up another store like this with better customer service would put them out of business

These guys have it all. They didn't try to upsell me but recommended what would best fit my needs. This family owned business makes you feel like one of their own. If you need pastry supplies they are the best in the area!
