Dr. Dural has an excellent bedside manner and his entire staff was exceptional. I’ve been in healthcare for over 20 years and know very well how important it is to have a warm and friendly support team. I couldn’t have been more pleased. I highly recommend them.

I was extremely disappointed with the office practice. I wanted to see Dr. Gonzales and was denied. They do not allow you to switch doctors.
Furthermore, I was told if I requested a change they could no longer see me and I would be terminated!

If you were previously Dr. Copeland's patient and know who you'd like to see in this practice, it depends on what day you call to make your appointment. That is how they decide which doctor you'll be able to see. So call ahead of time and find out what day you need to call back to make the appt with the doctor you wish to see. They literally assign different days of the weeks to the doctors and you get whatever doctor is assigned that day of the week.

My doctor, Anna Gonzales, was excellent and I am so grateful I was drawn to her. She’s no nonsense, straight to the point, efficient and skilled. Her team was outstanding, before, during and after my colonoscopy. It was my first. I felt very informed, at ease and well taken care of the entire time.

Dr. Anna Gonzalez - I am extremely disgusted with this doctor's office practices. I was scheduled for an appointment, I called 7 days ahead of time to cancel; no response. First call, was placed on hold for over 4.5 mins. Second call, on hold for a 6 mins (according to my phone carrier). When texted the appt reminder, I responded WITH NO, not confirming. I even faxed them!! YET, I JUST RECEIVED A NO-SHOW FEE OF $50.00. Dr. Gonzalez may be wonderful, but her office staff & procedures are HORRIBLE.

I have been one of Dr Copelands patients for years and was sad to hear he had retired! Currently I am trying to schedule an appointment with Dr Gonzales but was told by office secretary that I can’t! I would have to take another doctor in their office since I am one of Copeland’s patients - if I was a new patient I could see Dr Gonzales, but since the doctors are rotation for Copelands patients it’s not Gonzales turn! What the heck!?! So if I was a new patient I could choose my doctor, but since I’m not - I’m sol! Guess what - their loss not mine!!!

I have been with this practice for many years. I am a patient of Dr. Winkelstein. He is kind, listens, and is very conscientious about finding answers. His nurse and assistant are not only professional, but also caring. The phlebotomist is a treasure coaxing blood from my tiny veins. She is the Blood Whisperer. I feel so fortunate to entrust my care to them.
