One word, AMAZING!!! Freed’s really came through with this cake for my sister’s 21st birthday. The process was seamless working with the consultant (Kennedy)! They brought the design I wanted to life, delivered it to our hotel, and it was beyond delicious! If you are looking for designed, delivered, and delicious cake, Freed’s is the way to go! ❤️

Freed's Bakery made my sister’s wedding elopement in Las Vegas extra special with a stunning and delicious custom cake! Planning from California, I relied heavily on their website, which was incredibly informative and helped me narrow down exactly what I wanted.

I had a few additional questions, so I filled out their online form, and to my surprise, I received a detailed and helpful response the very next morning from Janie B. She was fantastic—kind, professional, and super accommodating, which made the entire process so smooth.

Since we had a dinner reservation at a restaurant, I requested delivery directly to them, and they handled it flawlessly. This took so much stress off my shoulders, as I didn’t have to worry about coordinating cake pick-up on the big day. My only small suggestion for improvement would be to provide a confirmation once the cake is delivered. The delivery window was from 12–4 PM, and our reservation was at 5 PM, so I didn’t know for sure that the cake had arrived until we showed up at the restaurant. Not a huge issue, but it would have been nice for peace of mind.

As for the cake itself—WOW! We chose the 8" Cherry Hearts design with all white frosting, with Vanilla Cake, Bavarian Cream, and Strawberry Purée filling, and it was a showstopper. It was not only beautiful but also absolutely delicious.

Overall, Freed’s Bakery exceeded my expectations, and I would highly recommend them for any special occasion. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and incredible cakes truly set them apart.

Holiday pie order picked up on Tuesday and the place is expectedly chaotic !! I ordered 2 pies and after 3 attempts the cashier got both my pies but she looked in 3 different spots in the bakery and still tried to give me just one pie. I felt bad for her I don’t know if she is a holiday only employee but she apologized several times even tho it wasn’t necessary. There were tables full of stacked pies!! Happy to get my pecan pie and thankful for this holiday week ?

The Pecan pie is the best I’ve ever had and I’m a very picky pecan pie person from the south!!! The pecans were so fresh and the crust perfectly flaky.

I stopped by fairly early in the am and had a wonderful experience looking at all the baked goods and great interaction with the staff picking out items for me. I am very happy with my selection! I was very pleased by the level of low sugar taste levels there is. I choose birthday cake, wedding cake, Oreo cheesecake and a chocolate dipped cherry cupcake along with almond cake cookies. The flavors are stellar and on point! The buttercream is absolutely delicious and light. I will always come back for a sweet treat from now on.

I've reached out 3x for custom cupcakes. I've ordered from Kennedy from Freeds twice and has done phenomenally both times. If there's any issues she gets it fixed very quickly and without any problems. I would 100% recommend them to all my family and friends.

there are no words to describe how perfect and wonderful my cake was! it tasted delicious, the edible image was so realistic; it was absolutely beautiful. My Leo was super happy and shocked and it was the perfect touch to his birthday surprise! I'll definitely be back! the delivery was process was great. I had ordered a month in advance to be delivered to The Luxor; communication was perfect and my delivery driver was amazing, I wish I'd of got her name but she was fantastic! definitely recommend 100/100 stars!
