This charming bakery in Stryker Square offers a delightful array of small tarts, cakes, cupcakes, cookies, and popsicles, all infused with flavors inspired by Latin recipes. In addition to these delectable treats, they also serve gourmet coffee beverages. The Cafe Con Leche Cheesecake boasts a rich, milk coffee-infused flavor that pairs wonderfully with the cafe latte, exhibiting a satisfying acidity level. As for the Pistachio Tiramisu is a delightful blend of creaminess, richness, and a harmonious balance of textures and sweetness. While the bakery's seating area is limited, chairs and tables are available in the alley for patrons who wish to linger and savor their desserts in a pleasant outdoor setting.

Ordered a Father's Day cheesecake online and was easy to pick up. The mini cheesecakes were also a great sampler of flavors.
Really enjoyed the coffee flavored one. Just make sure the cheesecakes are in the freezer then defrosted before eating.

Finally, a Dominican bakery!! The Dominican style cake was on point, and the Cativias (Yuca root empanadas) were delicious. I'm definitely going back and telling others about it.

Amazing cafe with superb service (every person there was incredibly friendly and seemed truly passionate about their job). I went on a Saturday around 12:30pm and ordered their iced cafe bombón, spinach & ricotta pastelitos, and chocolate alfajores. Their cafe bombón was phenomenal (my fiancé who typically just drinks black coffee really liked it too); the perfect blend of flavor with just the right amount of sweet. They were sold out of their uber-popular guava & cream croissant (you must get there early OR you can order a few days ahead), but the spinach & ricotta was a flakey and delicious alternative. I bought 2 more chocolate alfajores after I finished the first; that’s how much I liked it. Will 100% be back!

There is no seating inside (besides 2 chairs probably intended for waiting), but there are 3 fully-covered tables right outside the cafe that were perfect for enjoying our coffees & pastries.

We stopped by here on the way to the spa and we’re so glad we did! They have a fantastic assortment of pastries and delicious iced Spanish lattes - perfect for summer. We also tried the Yuzu Mojito cookie, guava cheese croissant, and cafe con leche cheesecake, both were delicious. The barista and shop owner were both incredibly kind. Will come back again!

My daughter’s review: Guava is close to our house, so we love to go there often. The servers are very kind and friendly. Although you can’t eat inside, there are seats outside in the shade. The pastries look very good and taste even better!? They have a special guava and cheese croissant that is super good! The chicken empanadas were full of flavor. The alfajores are really good and the tres leches is rich and deep! I would really recommend this bakery, hope you enjoy! ? Guava is great❤️!

wow.. amazing spot with super friendly services, tucked in the corner of the plaza with outdoor tables to enjoy. they got a lot of beautiful sweets and some delicious savory snacks as well- the cheese tequenos had the perfect pastry texture i have NEVER had before. they made us a delicious custom spicy mocha latte. thx so much, will be back

Quaint, beautiful, and delicious are a few words to describe this lovely little bakery. The owners are the sweetest people, and you can tell they pour their love into each creation. We catered desserts for a birthday party not too long ago. Everything was ready on time, packaged impeccably, and the ordering process online was super easy. Check them out next time you're in the neighborhood.
