Ice cream is good, too bad the service stinks. I ordered a waffle bowl and paid extra for 2 scoops. It didn’t even get close to filling up the bowl. My sister on the other hand ordered one scoop in a cone for half the price and it was twice as big. I complained to the scooper who refused to do anything about it. The sign says “We never skimp”, but it looks like it just depends on who does the scooping.

I'm from oit of town, but every time I'm here in Utah I stop by to get the best ice cream in town. They don't skimp on the serving size, and the flavors are strong when they should be, and subtle when they should be. Can't give a higher recommendation. I love the strawberry cheesecake.

Wow talk about large portions! Went here on a date with my wife to check it out and we were blown away by the portion size. We thought two flavors meant two scoops. Double that and that’s what you get. Large menu with traditional and non traditional flavors. This is a great spot for family, teens to hang out, or date night. They mainly sell hard ice cream but I guess they do offer soft serve.

The ice cream was great, but the teenagers running the place tonight were incredibly unprofessional. At one point while waiting for my ice cream, we saw someone come in, make her own milkshake, and leave. She was not dressed as an employee, her hair was down and at no point did she wash her hands. The employees here were completely aware and allowed this the entire time.

Great ice cream and it came with great service. We had a large party and the person taking our orders was very patient. Top notch!I highly recommend this place for ice cream! They have fun flavors and your basics for all those who hate exploring!

Delicious, unique ice cream flavors like you haven't heard of before- that's what makes Handel's great. The chocolate "oreedough" was my favorite, and the birthday cake. The four flavor sampler is a great way to try several at once- 4 scoops for $6.50. Decent Ice Cream. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Line easily 40 minutes backed up. 3 “working” employees who were reasonably trying to keep up but have no idea how to work efficiently. 1 “employee” whose only job appeared to be to push a button on a blender and then be on her phone. Once my wife and I sat down to eat, we watched this same “employee” stand at a side counter and talk to her friends for the 20 minutes we sat and was still doing so when we left. In the meantime the line just kept getting longer and was out to the corner when we left.

Eating area was filthy.

This ice cream shop was a huge surprise!!! The line was out the door (always a good sign when a place is super busy). They were efficient, fast, and super friendly. The ice cream was wonderful, and the portions were absolutely huge. A high quality treat I highly recommend!!
