I had a very pleasant experience today with Tracy who is the owner of the salon. I’ve been searching for a new nail technician and I believe I have found her. She took very good care of my nails and provided the classic natural look I asked for. The front desk associate was very welcoming, cheerful and professional. The salon environment is very clean with a bright, yet serene ambiance. It combines as a school, and all of the other technicians were very friendly and professional as well. This salon is an example of excellent management from the top down. The technicians had a lovely rapport with the owner and it was easy to understand why. She is very kind, attentive and customer service focused. She is also a veteran who served our country, which I was also impressed by. I liked her so very much and I will be returning. Please patronize this business.

I was surprised to see new owners in the same place I used to frequent. Decided to give them a try, and they did not disappoint. Mackenzie is a fabulous nail tech, and Johnae did my toes perfectly. Very nice atmosphere. I got to meet the owner who was very warm and attentive.

I love that it is black owned. It felt unique, and certainly not what most of us are used to, as it is an Asian dominated industry.

Mackenzie is an artist. Nails were perfection.

Prices were really good too!

I had an acrylic fill in, with nail designs and a pedicure at Integrity. I have zero complaints! I love my nails and feet! Tracy was/is my nail technician. She’s professional, friendly and very knowledgeable about her profession. I will definitely be returning to the salon!

I had my nails done, a full-in, reshaping/leveling, and color. Tracy was very friendly and professional and did a great job on my nails. I’ve been getting them done but this is the best i’ve had in a long time. I’ve already scheduled my next appointment for my nails and a pedicure. I loved the one on one experience and privacy if the salon. I would highly recommend her.

This was the worst experience of my life Nail Tech and/owner was totally unprofessional she threatened to put a restraining out order out on me all because I wrote her a bad review on Facebook she decided to answer back on the review and then the conversation kept going then she threatened to put a restraining order out on me because I asked for a refund for an appointment that she canceled
