Kristin was great - extremely thorough, very friendly, and even got a second opinion on something she thought was ok but wanted to confirm wasn't concerning. I really appreciated her professionalism and the nurse who worked with her (whose name I unfortunately didnt get) was also fantastic. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Kristin is the best PA I have ever had the luck to deal with. She is so compassionate. She is the most professional PA. She cared me to the point that she gave me her phone number to text her anytime I feel bad. I had a problem for too long, she was able to control it. I can’t be more thankful for her. She is very knowledgeable. Apex dermatology is so lucky to have her as a staff member. I was able to get an appt with her anytime I needed it despite her busy schedule. She always assured me that I’ll get better and she was very right. Thanks Kristin for everything you have done to me

2nd time at this facility and again, was worth the wait! Kristin Rigg PA-C & her team (this time, Jo) are class act. They make a difference to patients because of their professionalism and personality. They make you feel comfortable as a person, no matter who you are... yet still carry on their profession. They have a collaborative approach which entails active listening, empathy, communication of what they are doing and resilence. If one modality doesn't fit or work, they try another until the problem is solved. I wouldn't be writing all this on Christmas if I didn't feel strongly about Kristin Rigg and her team.
