Texas lost a true medical professional since Dr. Pollack retired.
Dr. Pollack is kind, caring, skilled, professional and gave his patients the time needed for consultation and treatment.

Yes! You are going to wait a long time.... Probably 2 hours for an appointment. Any doctor worth seeing is going to have a long wait time. He's compassionate enough to take on new patients even with a full schedule. I suffered from 3 undiagnosed genetic diseases for 20 years and had no answers. Within a year of seeing doctor Pollack I had 3 diagnosis with care management. What I have can not be cured but my quality of life has drastically improved thanks to Dr. Pollack. I have sent friends and family to him and he's helped them! Wonderful doctor who thinks outside the box and leaves no stone unturned.

I am shocked at the negative reviews. I have been a patient of Dr Pollack and Christine for over 11 years. I cannot imagine the quality of life I would have had without them. He is a 5 star PLUS Dr, as is Christine. I have never had a negative experience. Not once. I find them to be caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They treat me with respect and kindness. I don't mind waiting. I've waited WAY longer in GP and GYN offices for 3 minutes of nothing. I would recommend Dr Pollack to everyone that needs a good neurologist. In fact my best friend is now going to him and feels as I do. And as for Kathy, Justin, and the people at the front desk.... not one rude person ever. I think if you give kindness, you get it right back. I thank God I have a Dr that truly cares.

I had an appt with Dr. Pollack today. The wait time wasn’t bad at all, I was the only patient and my appt was at 10. Dr. Pollack was very thorough and had great bedside manner. I felt very comfortable and felt like he asked the right questions and took detailed information about my past medical history. The staff was also very kind and very helpful with the questions I had. I highly recommend Dr. Pollack.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Pollack for several years, and yes often there is a long wait and his appointments do fill up months in advance, BUT both him and his staff are incredible. They are very caring and accommodating and I’m grateful to interact with people like that. As someone who’s worked in medical administration, I know it’s not an easy job, but they have admirable patience and compassion.

I have been seeing Doctor Pollack for 20yrs He is the BEST! He is always interested in my opinion on how I feel about the way treatment plans are working. I have several medical issues and he has treated all of them. I have gone into the office with problems that I told him about, he said what he thought was the medical problem we did test and sure enough he was correct. He always hits the nail on the head. When he stopped practicing pain management and I wasn’t doing well at all he had to almost twist my arm off to go see my Spine & Pain management Doctor and as always he was Right Doctor Khoury an other one of the Best! I still see Doctor Pollack & his Caring Staff. Some times I might have to wait awhile in the room for him but that’s no problem because when he comes in he takes his time and listens to his patience needs. If there were 10 stars I would rate them 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Laura Stone

We found Dr. Pollack to be compassionate, knowledgeable, curious, thorough, and best of all, honest in his dealings with us. He is the first doctor in 5 years who is willing to keep searching to get to the bottom of my husband's peripheral neuropathy (not related to diabetes). However his office is not well managed, leading to extremely lengthy wait times. It is inconsiderate for any doctor to expect a patient with a scheduled appointment to wait over 2 hours to be seen, when there is no emergency requiring his attention. We have lives and work responsibilities too.

I got referred to have an EMG with Dr.pollack. Heard nothing for 3 days and finally called to be met with a rude and disrespectful receptionist who told me that I should have known that insurance takes 3-5 days for them to run. After that I asked if they had my information or if I could at least get an appointment scheduled. She came back after checking to see if my insurance cleared and come to find out they already had my insurance cleared for a full day before I called. Then she proceeds to tell me the only available appointment was 4 weeks out. Mind you I am out of work right now and cannot work until I have surgery. So these people have wasted now 4 days of my life for me to have to schedule with a completely different doctor. They at least could’ve called me once they actually did run my insurance on the second day so I wasn’t sitting around doing nothing waiting for a call for the last 2 days. I do not recommend.
