I have been going here for 6 months and have been so happy with the results. Yuliia is absolutely amazing and an asset to the team. Definitely deserves recognition on the quality of nails she provides alongside amazing client service.

Was delighted with my new full set of gel nails, the nail art was beautiful. Staff were friendly and chatty, had to get up to answer the phone and deal with customers at the desk quite often but I was ok with that.

Unfortunately a nail came off after 6 days, another on day 8, then another on day 9 and so on.....At the cost of £55 I was extremely disappointed. I tried to contact the salon via phone and email to book in for repair but could not get a response either way.

Nice staff but given my nails didn't last a week and difficulty getting in contact with them for after care I would think twice before booking.

Called in today as a walk in and was given an appointment with Dakota. Great job. There was a wide selection of colours to choose from. The service was great. My nails are not in a good condition and I left with them looking so much better . Would highly recommend and will be back

Erinn was absolutely fantastic, her customer service and her attention to detail was second to none. Given that she has only just started in her career she's got great skills and is willing to try and help where possible. Nothing was too much for Erinn and I would definitely recommend coming here 10/10 Erinn your a credit to the company keep up the good work!

Just wanted to give some feedback from my visit. Cailin did a lovely job on my nails, and she was such a pleasure to talk to. Also, a big thank you to Fatwmeh for doing my eyebrows – she was absolutely lovely as well.

Had a gel polish done by the lovely Erin nearly 3 weeks ago and it lasted so well without any chips. She is a great member of staff. Great customer service too ❤️
