I tried Nothing Bundt Cakes for the first time in TX, before it even came out to this area. I wasn't terribly impressed being that I used to bake from scratch back then. The only thing that I truly appreciated was that they were individually packaged. I remember the chocolate cake was very dry but the yellow was moist but oily.

Apparently I signed up for their mailing list and always received deals, but ignored them since I never had time to go out there. Well, this time I finally was passing by this location and happen to have a BOGO Free coupon. I remembered not to select the chocolate ones and chose confetti and carrot cake. The icing was extremely sweet the cake itself was very greasy. Oddly enough, I still enjoyed eating it. I put the remainder in the freezer to avoid eating in one sitting, and since it was so greasy, it was just as good as the day I purchased it.

The customer service was almost robotic, instead of "yes" or "no" responses, she had to follow up with an unnecessary response. For example, I simply asked if they had any utensils, and instead of "No, we don't", she had to say "no, we are not a so and so establishment".  She was nice, but it was just a weird interaction.

The shop itself was nicely decorated and well-maintained. They don't have a bathroom or seating area.

I'm not sure if they aren't receiving enough business, I did receive another email for BOGO Free, and if I kept the receipt, there was a survey available, resulting in a BOGO Free. I don't know when I'll have a chance to go back out there again, so I didn't bother saving the email or receipt.

There is plenty of parking available in front of the establishment, shared with neighboring businesses.

I usually order from this location but I had an incredible experience with Maya and her manager so I just had to share!

I had a pickup order today for a surprise engagement party when we got word that the couple might be arriving earlier than planned. When I reached out to see if it was possible to push my pickup a couple hours earlier, Maya was so kind over the phone and her manager agreed to make the exception for my friend's special occasion. Amazing customer service and I will definitely keep coming back to this location!

I wish I could give them more stars for Best customer service as I always had great experience with them. Today they were able to accommodate my big order in few minutes and were quick to put everything together. Great staff and yes delicious cakes! Highly recommend this location!

I love this place. Anytime I am in Sterling I go out of my way for one of their cakes. They are so moist and fresh tasting. I ordered the Chocolate small bundt, also the Confetti for the kids and White chocolate raspberry for the misses. All excellent tasting and moist. I would recommend them anytime for any occassion. If it's an office party, office get together, birthday or an excuse to reward yourself. Any excuse is ok for me. Melissa, the front end manager, is awesome, polite, friendly and professional. She resolved an issue I had without hesitation. I highly recommend them. If you've never been, give them a try you won't be disappointed.

The only reason for the 4 stars was because I spent $99 dollars and I had received an email stating if I spent $10 at this particular location during the designated week I would get $5 off. Well there was no way to add the coupon to my online order and when I showed up in person at the location they couldn’t apply the coupon either. Aside from that the cakes have always tasted delicious and it’s in a convenient location.

These should be "Bundtinis" and as far as I understand they should have frostings on them? I am taking 1 star off for that missing frosting not because it was a mistake ( that's service and not quality nor taste so I won't hold that against them here) but mainly because it was much needed. These mini cakes are terrific as they are not very sweet nor "buttery." So don't expect this to be like a pound cake. Not like a pound cake, more like a cross between angel food cake and a yellow cake. Just to be fair the texture is great, flavor is great, service was good, clean appearance and box is well wrapped. Presentations is there.
I love the different fruits and chocolate in the bottom of the cake that's different, nice to try different.
Will try again on frosting next time.

A real close friend of mines received terrible service and was profiled by a rude Asian lady at the register. She did not acknowledged my friend presence or even had a warm welcoming demeanor. The lady at the Herndon location states she also have been getting complaints about the same lady..... tsk tsk. please retrain the Asian lady to be more people friendly.

Today is my birthday and the woman behind the counter was so so sweet! I was only in the store for a couple minutes to decide what flavor I wanted for my free mini bundt, and she was so kind and friendly. Incredible first experience and I will be coming back! Yummy cakes too:)
