Came by for our afternoon snack after an appointment nearby, as it was highly raved by our friends and apparently 4.8 stars on google maps at the point of reviewing too.

The pretzel tray was empty which we were quickly told there’s more in the oven if we are keen, and gotten our pretzel in less than 5 minutes upon ordering 🥨

🔥 the pretzels were hot from the oven and was really soft, the garlic butter and plain variants were our choice of poison - and both were good, not overly salted nor overwhelming in taste.

It was definitely a good pretzel, but I would expect that at $4+ for each of them.

I was looking forward to enjoy the bread at this bakery after reviewing the excellent review. I bought myself a hazelnut double chocolate bagel, however I was deeply disappointed with the bagel. The texture was dense and hard to chew, a thorough look into the dissected bagel appeared to indicate that it was underbaked. I was not able to enjoy the bagel at all after a few bites and have to give it up eventually. There’s a huge difference in the appearance of this hazelnut double chocolate bagel versus the actual taste, and I am not convinced that I will revisit this bakery in the near future though the ambience is inviting.

Fantastic pretzels. I love how there's the mini options or the full portion. It's borderline expensive ($5 for a full pretzel) for daily consumption; great for a treat.

The caramel igels are really cute too, the kids love it. Service was excellent; I was directed to the bundle deal which was nice of her. The purchase was also well-packed.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Ambience was great too, especially with the German music. Food and beverages had their hits and misses. Coffee tasted like machine made and was served in a disposable cup. Too much paper was used to serve the pretzels, which were quite delicious. The roasted zucchini basil soup was the highlight of the meal while the sausage and mash was disappointing.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Park Backerei's famous pretzels at their Tanjong Pagar outlet, and I must say, it was love at first bite!

The variety of pretzels on offer is impressive, with both mini and normal-sized options available. I opted for the set, which came with a choice of coffee - excellent value for the price!

While the prices may be a tad higher than what you'd typically expect, trust me when I say that these pretzels are well worth the splurge!

The pretzels are freshly baked, with a perfect balance of crunch and chew. The flavors are rich and well-balanced, making each bite a delight.

Overall, I'm thoroughly impressed with Park Backerei's pretzel offerings, and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking to try something new and exciting!

Will I be back? Absolutely!

Great quality bakes and overall atmosphere/service 🥨🫡

However I feel that the Speculoos Apple Bagel should either be renamed to remove “speculoos” from its name, or add a good amount of speculoos spread inside or outside coating the bagel.

Currently I am unable to taste any speculoos (seems to only have a bit sprinkled on top) and I feel like if it is in its name it should be prominent enough to taste!

Bought pack of 6 Brötchen as it is the same dough as the pretzel, and boy it was light yet tasty, have hints of a good pretzel and in a form of a small well baked bun, totally unexpected and delicious !

Highly recommended for some good pretzels in the area
