Health care facility that looks like an old hospital! I took my kid 6 months ago, i report this to the i dont give a damn nurse! Its still the same! Seriously! Shame on the managers of this office! Great doctors! But the cleanliness of the office… i think its time to call the health department on this!

I been going here since my daughter was a baby and now she three, I also have a month old and they treat my kids with so much love and care. The doctors are amazing and educates me so much on things that I am concern on. I will continue going here!

Took my child to the poinciana office for the first time and automatically called my insurance to switch providers. First off the lady at the front desk was very rude, and the office is disgusting! Super outdated like it hasn’t been updated since the 70’s. Then there’s homeless people posted right outside just hanging around. Super disappointed since it’s so close to my house but I would drive an hour just not to go to this location, I’m not sure how the other offices are but this one is terrible!

Been coming to POCFL since the birth of both my daughters. We primarily see Dr. Raghavan & Dr. Janarious, however have never had an issue with any of the doctors here. They are kind and take their time with you and make sure they address any concerns you have. My now teen girls are very comfortable with them and say they are easy to talk to. The staff here are also very friendly and helpful. We always feel confident in the care we receive.

The doctors are good, but if you are self-pay, beware. They will tell you one price, and later you will receive a bill because they didn’t charge you properly and can’t explain why. Be careful if you are have to pay out of pocket.
