I had an appointment for today, Thursday, August 8 at 1PM. Well their tech did not show up. I called them 3 times and all I got each time was a voice message to let my number and they would call back. The last time I did that it took Raven 2 days to call me back. I had other things I wanted to do today but since I had the 1pm appointment I stayed home. The joke is each time you call they say their office hours are 9am to 4pm but yet no one picks up the phone. I am going to cancel my account and go to a company that I can depend on. Stay away from this company.

Great Service in every way!! We own a log home and the Carpenter Bees would always give us a problem all summer long. Not after Pest Pro came and used their spray, and also, I have a Greenhouse and would have a mouse problem.. not anymore. The little black boxes took care of them and in our shed. This company is the greatest!!

we have been using this team for several years. they have treated my investment properties for bed bugs, rodents, hornets, etc. they come out when they say they are going to come out and they get the job done. they are very knowledgeable and reasonable and they do not nickel and dime you with extra fees like alot of other companies! we are very happy with Pest Pro and will continue to use their services.

The services who came to my home was very friendly, no issues there. They had been at home a few times. I have no problem at all. All is good.

However, when I needs to make a call, the customer service lady is very RUDE every time I speak with her and I even told her I am hard of hearing, and she does not even want to acknowledge that. Not friendly and it seem like I am bothering HER. I could tell more but this is enough. Well I decided to changed company because of that. When she asked if I wanted to reschedule I said no, and I said something along with "have a nice day" but she did not say a word and hung up on me. I just realized she's plan rude and to the customer. This makes me not want to call this rude lady and not want to speak to her at all. I have anxiety bad enough, and I do not need this.Hint: her name is Meghan.

Well, you just lost a paying customer PEST PRO. Which I do not want to but I do NOT want to even speak to this Rude lady.

Maybe you could give me someone else I can speak to carry on the service? Please fix this. Thanks.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!

My apartment ended up with bird mites so Pest Pro were called in to fix it. They did a BED BUG treatment, and it included Tauros SC (active ingredient is Fipronil, toxic and ONLY to be used outdoors, says so right on the label) as something that was sprayed. They sprayed my bed, my curtains, my floors, everything. Said my bed would be dry in 4 hours.

24 hours later, bed is still soaked AND THE BUGS ARE UNPHASED.

48 hours later and the bed is mostly dry AND THE BUGS ARE UNPHASED! GO FIGURE, THEY'RE NOT BEDBUGS!!!

I HAD TO TREAT THEM MYSELF WITH DIATOMACEOUS EARTH BEFORE THEY SPREAD TO MY WHOLE APARTMENT!!

They sprayed my bed with this horrible toxic chemical and ruined my mattress, curtains, and other possessions. The PA Dept of Agriculture came in and did an investigation and found that what Pest Pro did was ILLEGAL and put my PREGNANT WIFE and I at risk!!!

The worst part? THEY REFUSE TO PAY FOR MOST OF THE DAMAGES THEY CAUSED!!!! This was a very expensive mattress they ruined, they got the curtains, etc in addition to me losing a third of my apartment the whole time the investigation was going on, before I could clean up the mess.

They're offering me $2000 for over $5000 in damages and REFUSING to even speak to my landlord, their representatives, or their insurance about it. Megan only wants to speak with me or my wife.

She was rude to us from the beginning, from the first phone call even before the treatment that started this. She has had shouting fits at me, my wife, my landlord, my landlord's insurance, and anyone else who has talked to her.

Horrible experience, dishonest business. They should be shut down and Megan should be put into jail for her endangering her clients and refusing to pay for damages she's caused.

I don't know how many other people they've done this to with the Fipronil and no one noticed. What a horrible company and a disgusting, nasty woman.

All was well at the beginning, staff was helpful & informative. The deal fell apart when we asked them to provide a General Liability insurance certificate which they flat out refused to provide. So the only explanation I can come up with is they don’t have any. If they did, a simple phone call to their insurance provider would be all it would take.

I was very pleased with my service. The technician arrived on time, completed the treatment and spoke with me prior to leaving. In addition the price was much more affordable than the “big name” companies. I highly recommend this local business!

Called in the morning with an ant issue and they had a technician out same day. Very polite and professional from the person taking the call to the gentleman that did the service. Thank you
