It has taken a few days for me to write this review because I just want sure how to put my experience into words.
My friend and I had appointments for 2 manicures and 1 pedicure the day before leaving town for a bachelorette trip. We were stoked, had good reliable recommendations to go see a specific nail tech at the Cherry Creek location. I arrive for my manicure and asked for Dip, the nail tech proceeded to tell me all the great things about doing GelX and I told her no a few times. I have done GelX before and it wasn’t my favorite. But after being told that I needed to do GelX multiple times I finally caved and agreed. My friend and I finish out our GelX services, my nails looked okay but nothing like my reference photo and upon check out we were hit with a $400 bill for the 2 manicures and 1 pedicure. Most outrageous cost, but this isn’t even the worst of our experience! When I woke up for my flight at 6:00am my cuticles were puffy and red. I could feel some itching and tenderness but there was nothing I could do since I was leaving. By 1:00pm, in another state, my fingers were in so much pain and all of my cuticles were blistering, red, itchy, tender, and bleeding! I exchanged text messages with the nails salon sending them images, asking for help and recommendations on what to do. The Purlux manager was zero help. After many text messages, I decide to call and explain my symptoms once again and ask for a refund for my manicure since I was going to need to get them removed asap in another state. They insisted it was an allergic reaction, despite me telling them I’ve done GelX many times and haven’t yet to see issues. The manager proceeded to ask me to come back to the salon and aallow them to redo my nails for free, but they will not do the refund. After lots of banter back and forth, I stopped getting responses. No text messages, no phone calls, no refund, no help, nothing. My experience with these so called professionals was horrific and I will never go back. I asked for my $150 manicure refund since my not asked for GelX nails lasted about 24 hours before needed to get removed. I’m really ashamed of their professionalism since they couldn’t even tell me how to safely remove them since I clearly had an infection. Once I was able to get them removed at a different nail salon, I was told that I couldn’t get my nails done again until the infection was gone due to sanitation and concern of future customers. So now not only am I $400 out, i have no nails, I can’t barely use my hands because of the pain, but I’m booking an appointment with my doctor to get medication. All of this was disclosed to the Purlux Cherry Creek manager and the final response I got was, sorry that’s really unfortunate.

Jolie is amazing!! Always goes above and beyond to make sure I leave happy with my nails and her retention is unmatched! Can always grantee my nails will last a month if not more! Couldn’t recommend her enough!?

Neda did my dip manicure for my wedding. I was worried about being able to get the exact manicure I wanted and Neda did an amazing job! She made sure the color and shape was correct and went above and beyond to make sure each nail was done well and consistent with what I was hoping for. It’s definitely the prettiest manicure I’ve had. Highly recommend seeing Neda!

I go to pur luxe for my mani/pedi. They are one of the only places that does gel x and builder gel! My nails always look so healthy when i leave. Tiffany V does my builder gel and they are already so strong and perfect!

After several disappointing experiences, I found Tiffany, and she has been an incredible discovery for me, my nails and lashes. Her work is consistently top tier —I’ve received countless compliments as a result. Tiffany’s patience, thoroughness, and creativity truly set her apart. Her attention to detail and high standards continually exceed my expectations. I almost hesitate to share this review because I’m selfish but her talent deserves recognition. I’m grateful to have found her, and she has certainly gained a loyal client in me.

I love getting my nails done here, and Tiffany is wonderful. She always makes my nails look great and she is fun to talk with. This place is also clean and the staff is very friendly. Highly recommend.
