Trovato per caso su Google Maps, i cupcakes erano molto buoni anche se troppo zuccherati. Abbiamo approfittato per mangiarli al volo nel negozio anche se non ci sono posti a sedere ma vi consiglio di portarli via e mangiarli in un parco li vicino magari.

My cupcake disintegrated in my hand as I lifted it out of the takeout box, the frosting was a few degrees below melting. I returned to this location when I was next in the neighborhood. I showed the manager the CC transaction, which included a tip, and I told her I felt the cupcake wasn’t fresh. She didn’t like that and told me that “The company policy is unless you took a picture we don’t replace cupcakes.” I was shocked, no consideration towards my dissatisfaction and she handed me a manager’s card that was above her. I emailed said manager, NO RESPONSE. I will not be patronizing Sprinkles ever again.

I choose Sprinkles over Magnolia. I can eat 2 Sprinkles cupcakes in one sitting. There is a nice balance between the dough and cream top. Soft, rich, and pleasant to bite into. There are so many flavors and new limited time pop-ups frequently. This visit, I got Banana and Dark Chocolate, loved both. You can order for pick up, delivery, or order in store. They have Pupcakes too.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sprinkles in NYC, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish!

The moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces. The Assistant General Manager, Jennifer, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and was incredibly knowledgeable about their cupcake offerings. Jennifer and the other cupcake specialist patiently answered all of our questions and even provided recommendations based on our preferences. Their attention to detail and genuine care for customers is truly commendable.

Now, let's talk about the cupcakes – they are simply to die for! Each cupcake was a little piece of heaven, perfectly baked with a moist and fluffy texture. The flavors were divine; I tried the vegan red velvet cupcake, while my friends tried the salted caramel cupcake and the sugar free cupcake - and all three were such delightful surprises. The frosting was creamy and not overly sweet, striking the perfect balance. Every bite was an explosion of flavor, making it impossible for us to eat just one.

I ordered cupcakes IN ADVANCE from this location and they email me (NOT CALL) two days before I need them to cancel my order and offer no explanation. I really like Sprinkles (even though the cupcakes are over-priced considering the fact that they barely even last overnight before spoiling and must be eaten day of). But this sort of treatment is unacceptable and clearly why their stores are closing. This is not how you conduct a successful business. You shouldn't treat your loyal customers this way!?
