I had the pleasure of working with Steve in designing my wedding cake. Not only is Steve so kind and funny, he was so generous during our tasting, letting us try so many delicious flavors and packing up leftovers for us. We went with salted caramel which was a huge hit with our guests. Steve’s team also created the cutest wedding favors - sugar cookies that looked like our cat. I can’t wait for my next excuse to stop by for a sweet treat!!!

I was in search for a cake with a beautiful design and tastes delicious for my destination wedding. I flew from Michigan to Florida to sample 2 dozen cupcakes. Every cupcake me and my fiancé tried were delicious. I work with Steve and he was very kind and helpful. Steve and his team did it again! The cake for my daughters March 2024 wedding was beautiful and it tasted good too! He works well with Emily from Event Bliss, the wedding event designer, and had the cake at the venue for Emily to decorate on time. Thanks Steve!!

We were coming in from out of town and last minute I realized I needed to order the cake. I didn’t think I would be able to get this ordered in the short timeframe of two days, but everyone I had interaction with from Sweeter Days was so kind, patient and helpful. The cake was better than I had envisioned, and tasted so great! Also recommend the mixers that they have displayed, I picked up two and they were enjoyed over the course of our trip.
Might have to make it a point to always stop in for a goodie from here when visiting!

I have always loved Sweeter Days and recently had the pleasure of ordering my wedding cake from here. I cannot recommend them enough! From the moment we stepped into the bakery, Steve made us feel welcome and comfortable. My husband and I had so much fun during our cake tasting, trying all of their amazing cupcakes. Steve was amazing throughout the whole process and helped us pick out Salted Caramel for our flavor.

The cake was absolutely stunning and our guests were blown away by how delicious it was. We received so many compliments throughout the night and even days after the wedding.

I recently ordered a cake from Sweeter Days Bake Shop and it exceeded my expectations. The cake came out beautiful. It was not only visually stunning but also delicious. One of the most impressive aspects was the it was reasonably priced compared to other bakeries. I have also had their cupcakes which are also delicious. I highly recommend this bakery.

I have ordered many cakes from them before I’ve spent 100’s there I like their cakes, but this time, I can assure you that customer satisfaction was not their priority. I showed Daniel a cake I wanted for my husband’s birthday. I had two different color plate options, and I ended up picking the gold plate because the black one was $30 extra. My husband’s birthday party theme was black and gold, so I was okay with the gold plate. However, when I picked it up, the plate was white. I asked why it was white, but there was no apology—nothing. I left the store very upset, but I’m not one to make a scene.

When I called to ask if they could switch the plate to black, just so I could stick to the theme, they wanted to charge me extra and mentioned that it might get damaged in the process, and there was no guarantee it would turn out right. The sad part is, they know me; I’m no stranger. I literally get cakes from them for every occasion in my family, and yet, they couldn’t take accountability to make this right. For that reason, I give them zero star. Don’t go there—they don’t care about their customers’ satisfaction.

The staff was so nice to us and the chocolate pretzel and key lime coconut cupcakes were both delicious. Frosting was perfect, sweet and light but not too thick!
