I have known and had real estate dealings with Tom Panos for over ten years. I have bought two condos and one house and sold one house and three condos with Tom Panos as my agent. All seven of these transactions have been flawless. Everything was timed as he promised and the money was always exactly as agreed upon. Not only is Tom Panos an outstanding Real Estate gent, he is also a very charitable individual. He has rode his bicycle in many charitable events to help various charities. Probably the most notable event is when he rode in an event of (160 miles, three months after he had quadruple heart surgery) for the fight against MS. I want to start by saying that "I don't like real-state agents" at least until I worked with Thomas. Until then my experience with the agents was just someone who looked up a contract on google and send it to you to sign. Thomas was different from the start. You can tell that he knows the market and his profession very well. He explained all parts of the process, and proposed solutions for every issue. I am happy that I chose him to sell my house. I would have not being able to do it from 3000 miles away if it wasn't for his help and dedication.
