Always love shopping at Wal-Mart, don't you? Except when it comes to automotive like tires. Today, 6-11-2024, had a flat on the highway. Luckily, it was a small puncture on the side just past the tread and went down slowly from a mesquite thorn. I was able to pull off the road and change it. I buy the road hazard warranty, but this is the third time they have weaseled their way out of it. So much for that peace of mind.

Took my car in for new tires to be put on it in May 13th, 2024. Their employee raised my car and damaged the motor mount on the driver's side and they don't want to be accountable for their mistake. The arrogance and dismissive attitude of the manager of automotive is unreal. He claims to be a mechanic for 20 years + yet couldn't differentiate from a Nissan cube and a VAN? I wouldn't recommend this store for automotive to anyone, aside from waiting close to 4 hrs to have them destroy vital parts of your vehicle and have the audacity to deny it to assure they don't get in trouble is not ethical whatsoever. Never had any issues at the other locations. Bad work and even worse customer service.

I went to change 1 tire, it took them an hour and half, for something that can be done in 15 minutes.
The same guy that has to change the tire is receiving other cars and doing other things so it takes them forever to do 1 thing. They even took like 15 minutes just so i could pay.

A great place for all your shopping needs. The store feels pretty clean and is well organized. They have a good selection of clothing for the whole family. We went to buy toys for Christmas and found a lot of variety. In the grocery area it was very well stocked up. We don’t visit often but when we do, we usually stock up on the essentials a always get good prices here.

First the company installed self checkout . I refuse to use them , so I look out for cashiers . Then when you do finally get a cashier they have an attitude ! We put the groceries on the conveyor belt and this young lady at the register doesn’t even acknowledge us. No hello or goodbye ! She just started ringing our groceries then just stands there so we had to get the total from the register screen. Oh get this her supervisor standing right beside her ! Then the employees working on the online orders slow down and let the people that pay your paycheck do their shopping in peace. Without having to be looking out so you don’t get ran over !

Horrible service/ took 3 hours jus to get an oil change / seen employees jus Chatting having a good time/ I blame the store director for hiring incompetent employees with no work ethic
